Message from the Principal

I hope the first week of e-learning went well for you. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email me anytime or call the school between 8:00-12:00 on school days. If you have a question about a class, please email the teacher or have your child join one of their live sessions.
All classes (except Read 180) will be delivered through Canvas. Canvas can be accessed through PuncherPortal. Once students are in their Canvas class they should check "Announcements" and "Modules" to find when they will have live lessons and their assignments for the week. It is recommended to check these each morning in case there are changes.
By April 20th all teachers will be using a 3-point scoring rubric for assignments:
· 1 - Assignment not submitted
· 2 - Assignment partially completed or insufficient evidence of understanding
· 3 - Assignment completed, expectations met
If a student is struggling with any assignment, please have them contact their teacher. The teachers are here to help, and we want to see all of our students succeed. In our new learning environment, it is very important for students to advocate for themselves by contacting their teachers when they need support.
We appreciate everyone’s patience as we are all adjusting to e-learning. Please don’t hesitate to ask for help. We are in this together!
