MASTERY DEFINITION
MASTERY DEFINITION
Mastery means that students can independently demonstrate the learning that is expected of them, as described in the Sublette Co. School District #9 published curricula. Students demonstrate learning through quantitative and/or qualitative measurements, and are evaluated using common district assessments and predetermined criteria. When true mastery has occurred, all students can – over time – demonstrate their learning more than once and in more than one way.
