Sublette County School District #9 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability in admission to its programs, services, or activities, in access to them, in treatment of individuals, or in any aspect of their operations. The Sublette County School District #9 Career and Technical Education department does not discriminate in enrollment or access to any of the programs available, including but not limited to, CTE Pathway Programs: Visual Arts, Restaurants & Food/Beverage Services, Early Childhood Development & Services, Production, Production Metal, and Production Wood. The lack of English language skills shall not be a barrier to admission or participation in the activities and programs. The Sublette County School District #9 also does not discriminate in its hiring or employment practices.
This notice is provided as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. SCSD #9 Consolidated Grant Meeting
Sublette County School District #9 will host its annual Consolidated Grant Meeting on April 11th, 2024 at 4:00 pm in the FAC Boardroom at 115 S. Nichols St., Big Piney, WY 83113.
Interested staff members or patrons of the district are invited to attend. This is a public meeting where interested parties served by the 2023-24 Federal Consolidated Grant funding can express their views for the use of these funds. The Consolidated Grant includes multiple federally funded programs under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESSA), the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and McKinney-Vento grant programs.
