Isolation Reimbursement Packet with Application

Wyoming Statute 21-4-401 states that Parents or guardians who transport isolated students are entitled to transportation reimbursement payments if all conditions of W.S. 21-4-401 are met. To provide a travel reimbursement commensurate with the travel undertaken by the parent or guardian, the District will reimburse transportation claims up to two round-trips per day, when the verified distance from the student residence to the nearest bus stop exceeds 2 miles (one way).
